Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Trenton Hoyt LLC ("we," "us") covering your use of Sovereign March (the "Game"), including the website at sovereignmarch.com. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Game Rules.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or play. By using the Game you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

• Each person may hold one account and one nation. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done on your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be sold, traded, shared or transferred.
• Provide a real, working email address so we can send account and game notices.

3. Acceptable conduct

You agree to follow the Game Rules. In particular, you may not:

• Use bots, scripts, macros, automation tools or any program that plays or gives orders for you.
• Exploit bugs, cheat, interfere with the Game's servers, or try to access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate others, or use hateful, obscene or illegal names or messages.
• Run multiple accounts, or coordinate accounts to unfairly benefit one nation.

4. Virtual items and game content

Cash, resources, land, units, cities and all other in-game items are fictional and have no real-world value. They are licensed to you for use in the Game only; you do not own them, and they cannot be exchanged for money. The game world changes over time and we may rebalance, adjust or reset game content at any time. The Game is a work of fiction; nations, leaders and events in it are not real.

5. Paid features

The Game is currently free. If we offer paid features in the future, additional terms shown at purchase will apply, and unless required by law, purchases will be non-refundable.

6. Enforcement

We may require a human verification check, pause orders, suspend, or terminate any account that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or the Game Rules, with or without notice. We may also remove names or content that break these Terms.

7. Bug reports and feedback

If you send us bug reports, ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any game data will be preserved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trenton Hoyt LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.

10. Ending your use

You may stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing CLee@leelegalgroup.com. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9 and 11 continue after your account ends.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new Terms.
